Information on the right of withdrawal and return for lack of conformity


Right of withdrawal

For unworn or unused items, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days of receiving the product or, in the case of purchasing multiple products delivered separately in a single order, from receiving the last product.


How to request a return

To exercise the right of withdrawal and to return products, simply send an email to customercare@donnastore.it , inserting the order number in the subject line, or by phone / WhatsApp to +393388853171 .

Please specify your order number, the reason for the return, the items you wish to return, and whether you wish to return the package at your own expense or use the donnastore.it return service (recommended).
Once the procedure has been completed by the Consumer, DONNASTORE will send a confirmation via email containing the return authorization code and the instructions for making the return.

    This convenient system, specifically designed to simplify the return process, allows you to return your package from the comfort of your home. You'll arrange with us the most convenient day and location for the courier to pick up, after which you'll receive an email containing the label to affix to the package and simple instructions.
    The costs for return shipping with this service are shown in Table 1 below.

    In this case, products must be returned via a courier that allows for package tracking. It is important to retain and communicate to donnastore.it the return shipping date, the package tracking code, the courier used, and the receipt of collection. Donnastore is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delivery delays. The customer must carefully seal the package to ensure protection from tampering and damage during transport. Donnastore reserves the right to refuse damaged packages or packages with obvious signs of tampering or inadequate packaging.
    In this case, the return costs are entirely borne by the Customer.

In any case, the return shipment must take place within 14 days of receiving the return authorization received via email.


Return refund procedure

In case of withdrawal, the Consumer will be refunded all payments made, including the initial shipping costs.
The refund will be made within 14 days of the withdrawal request, but we may withhold it until we receive the goods. (Art. 56 Consumer Code).

In the case of returns using the donnastore.it return service, acceptance of the return will result in a charge to the Consumer equal to the return shipping cost (*see Table 1 in the attachment).
The refund will be made as soon as the return is delivered and the products have been verified.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless the refund is requested using a different payment method, in which case the Consumer will be responsible for any additional costs.
For orders delivered to countries outside the European Union, any customs fees and taxes will not be refunded and will be deducted from your refund.


Conditions

Customers are asked to try on items carefully to avoid altering them, without removing the security tag or tags. Please wear items without makeup. DONNASTORE reserves the right to refuse returns if items are stained, damaged, or show signs of wear.

For footwear, customers are asked to try them on clean, smooth surfaces to avoid damaging the soles and not to wear them beyond the trial period. DONNASTORE reserves the right to refuse returns if the soles of the returned footwear are in a different condition than when shipped and received. Shoes must be returned in their original boxes. Returns must be shipped in the original box and with the appropriate protective systems.
The packaging must remain intact, as it was upon delivery, with the tags attached and including all the original accessories and brochures received with the purchase.
Removing labels or tags or failing to return the original accessories will not allow a return.
The right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code for:
a) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery.
b) the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. By way of example and not limited to, products from the Underwear section are certainly excluded from the right of withdrawal. These items are specifically indicated on the DONNASTORE website and are excluded from the right of withdrawal.


Return due to lack of conformity
In the event of receiving damaged items, the Consumer has the obligation to report any defects within 60 days of discovery.


Return procedure for lack of conformity

The defect must be reported within 60 days of discovery (Art. 132, paragraph 2).

Repair or replacement have priority over reimbursement, which will be granted only if these solutions are not possible or excessively expensive (Art. 130 Consumer Code).

Donnastore reserves the right to request photographic evidence before returning defective merchandise and will cover the shipping costs. Once the Consumer has completed the return procedure, DONNASTORE will send a confirmation email containing the return authorization code, the shipping label, and the instructions for returning the merchandise. The Consumer can track the package directly on the courier's website using the tracking code indicated on the shipping label. Authorization to return the products does not constitute recognition of the lack of conformity, the existence of which must be verified only after the return. In the event of a confirmed lack of conformity, DONNASTORE, in accordance with the Consumer Code, will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product; only if these remedies are impossible or excessively costly will the Consumer be entitled to a refund of the price paid, via the same payment method used, including shipping costs.

Pick up at our office

For orders to be collected at our headquarters in Sora Piazza Indipendenza, 7/11, DONNASTORE will notify you via order confirmation email.

You can only come to collect your order after receiving the collection confirmation email, along with an identity document and a copy of the invoice, within 7 working days of the order confirmation.
If the order is being collected by a third party (i.e., someone other than the person who placed the order), you must present yourself at the store with a signed authorization and a copy of the person who placed the order's ID.

With 24-hour guaranteed shipping, we mean that your order will be processed and delivered to the courier within 24 business hours of placing your order on our website.

This service is valid for purchases by credit card and PayPal and only upon receipt and verification of payment.

In the event of non-receipt of payments or, for example, problems relating to delayed or failed authorization by PayPal, etc., the items will be shipped within 24 working hours of receipt and verification of payment.
