Information on right of withdrawal and return due to lack of conformity


Right of withdrawal

For items not worn or used, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days of receiving the product or, in the case of purchasing multiple products delivered separately in a single order, from when he received the last product.

How to request a return
To exercise the right of withdrawal and to return the products, simply send an email to customercare@donnastore.it , inserting the order number in the subject or by telephone/via WhatsApp at the number +393388853171 .

In any case, please specify the order number, the reason for the return, the items to be returned and whether you want to send the package back at your own expense or use the donnastore.it return service (recommended).
Once the procedure has been completed by the Consumer, DONNASTORE will send a confirmation via e-mail, containing the return authorization code and instructions for making the return.

    This convenient system specially designed to simplify the return procedure allows you to send back your package from the comfort of your home. You will agree with us on the day and place most convenient for you for the courier to pass, after which you will receive an email containing the label to put on the package and the simple instructions to follow.
    The costs for return shipping with this service are shown in Tab.1 below.

    In this case, the products must be sent back with a courier that allows the traceability of the package. It is important to keep and communicate to donnastore.it the date of shipment of the return, the tracking code of the package, the courier used and the receipt of collection. Donnastore is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delays in delivery. The customer must carefully seal the package in order to guarantee protection from possible tampering and damage due to transport. Donnastore reserves the right to refuse packages that are damaged or show obvious signs of tampering or are inadequately packaged.
    In this case, the return costs are entirely borne by the Customer.

In any case, the return shipment must take place within 14 days of receiving the return authorization received via email.

Return refund method
In case of withdrawal, the Consumer will be refunded the payments made, net of any return costs (only if he/she has chosen the donnastore.it return service).
In the case of returns with the donnastore.it return service, acceptance of the return entails a charge to be paid by the Consumer equal to the shipping cost for the return (*see Tab.1 in the attachment).
The refund will be made as soon as the return is delivered and the products have been verified.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless a refund is requested using a different payment method, in which case any additional costs will be borne by the Consumer.
For orders delivered to countries outside the European Union, any customs fees and taxes will not be refunded and will be deducted from the refund.

Conditions
Each item is equipped with a security label which serves to preserve its integrity; if this label is removed the garment cannot be returned.

The customer is required to try on the garments carefully so as not to alter them and without removing the security label and with the tags attached, please wear them without make-up. DONNASTORE reserves the right not to collect the return if the garments are stained or damaged or show signs of use.


For footwear, the customer is required to try them on clean and smooth surfaces so as not to alter the sole and not to use them beyond the testing time. DONNASTORE reserves the right not to accept the return if the soles of the returned shoes are in different conditions from how they were sent and received. The shoes must be returned with their original boxes. Returns must be sent inside the box received and with the relevant protection systems.
The packaging must remain intact, as at the time of delivery, with the tags attached and including all original accessories and brochures received with the purchase.
The removal of labels or tags or failure to return the original accessories does not allow the return to be made.
The right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code for:
a) the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery.
b) the supply of goods which risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly. By way of example and not exhaustively, products in the Underwear section are certainly excluded from withdrawal. There is a specific indication of these articles on the DONNASTORE website with the exclusion of withdrawal.
Please note that any differences in color shades between what was ordered and what was received may depend on the resolution of the video used by the Consumer.



Returned due to lack of conformity
In the event of receiving damaged items, the Consumer has the burden of reporting any defects no later than 60 days from discovery.

Return method for lack of conformity
To report the lack of conformity and to return the products, the consumer will follow the instructions indicated above.

Donnastore reserves the right to request photographic evidence before shipping the return for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs. Once the procedure has been completed by the Consumer, DONNASTORE will send a confirmation via e-mail, containing the return authorization code, the shipping label and the instructions to be followed to return the goods. The Consumer will be able to track the package directly on the courier's website through the tracking code indicated on the shipping label. The authorization to return the products will in no way constitute recognition of the lack of conformity, the existence of which must be ascertained only after the return. In the event of an ascertained lack of conformity, DONNASTORE in compliance with the Consumer Code, at its choice, will repair or replace the product; only if such remedies are impossible or excessively burdensome, the Consumer will be entitled to a refund of the price paid, via the same means of payment used, including transport costs.

DONNASTORE.IT is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or to causes of force majeure beyond the control of DONNASTORE.IT.

For deliveries to countries that require customs clearance procedures, there may be delays compared to the estimates indicated above, deliveries will in any case take place within 30 days in compliance with the legal deadlines.

We remind you that shipping times are those provided by the couriers and that deliveries may be delayed due to bad weather, national strikes and causes not attributable to Donna Store.

Collection at our office

For orders with collection at our headquarters in Sora Piazza Indipendenza, 7/11, DONNASTORE will communicate the order confirmation email.

It is possible to show up for collection only after receiving the collection confirmation email, with an identity document and copy of the invoice, within 7 working days of order confirmation.
In case of collection carried out by third parties (i.e. not holders of the order) it is necessary to show up at the point of sale with a signed proxy and a copy of the identity document of the holder of the order.

 

Guaranteed shipping within 24 hours.

With guaranteed shipping within 24 hours, it means that the order will be processed and delivered to the courier within 24 working hours from the moment the order is registered on our portal.

This service is valid for purchases by credit card and PayPal and only upon payment received and verified.

In case of payments not received or for example problems relating to delayed or lack of authorization by PayPal etc., the items will be shipped within 24 working hours following receipt and verification of payment.
