Any customs costs are not included in the shipping costs and are the responsibility of the ordering customer.
Processing Times
Orders received will be processed within 24 working hours following receipt and verification of payment for the order.
DONNASTORE will send the customer an email confirming shipment, the email will contain a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.

Pick up at our office
For orders with collection at our headquarters in Sora Piazza Indipendenza, 7/11, DONNASTORE will communicate with an order confirmation email.
You can show up for collection only after receiving the collection confirmation email, with an identity document and a copy of the invoice, within 7 working days of the order confirmation.
In case of collection by third parties (i.e. not the order holders) it is necessary to present themselves at the point of sale with a signed authorization and a copy of the identity document of the order holder.
Guaranteed shipping within 24 hours.
With Guaranteed Shipping within 24 hours, it is meant that the order will be processed and delivered to the courier within 24 working hours from the moment the order is registered on our portal.
This service is valid for purchases by credit card and PayPal and only upon receipt and verification of payment.
In case of payments not received or for example problems related to delayed or failed authorization by PayPal etc., the items will be shipped within 24 working hours after receipt and verification of payment.
